DM Customs has developed a NEW kit for 2000 and later softail models which allows the use of a 200 mm tire while still running the stock pulley, belt, caliper, rotor and swingarm. No need to offset the transmission or primary. Requires removal of frame horns. Kits are complete with everything needed for conversion.

'03 Fat Boy with DM Customs Pro-Street fender with LED taillight recessed into fender.Corbin seat and matching Performance Machine Gatlin wheels and pulley. Avon AM 23 180 mm rear tire, up front a matching Avon 130/70x18." Fender, PM wheels and Avon tires all purchased from DM Customs.

 

   Matt Archambo of Stillwater,Oklahoma took this 1999 Springer Softail and put a DM-1 Pro-Street fender with an LED turn signal/taillight strip and a 180 Dunlop tire. The bike features matching Performance Machine wheels, pulley and rotors along with custom paint for a stylish low, wide look.

 


JIM BRUMFEILD from Mississippi:
2002' Softail springier with our DM-1 Pro-Street fender kit and LED Taillight with turn signals recessed into the bottom of fender. Part of the kit includes a Heartland chrome side-mount license plate holder with running light. Also DM Customs 80 S/S spoke wheels-front and rear with Avon 180/55X18" rear tire and Avon 21" front. Jim sent us his sheet metal to DM Customs and his drawings to John Moss to give him an idea of the style of graphics and theme for us to paint. Before painting Jim's gas tank was stretched, dash removed, gas gauge removed, a welded-in bung for new gas fill and two of our Tolle screw-in POP-UP gas caps for the ULTIMATE LOOK.

DEUCES WILD

   Tim Belongia from Orlando, Fl. 2002 Deuce with Metzeler 200 mm tire mounted on a Pro-One Storm chrome 18" X 5.5" rear wheel with matching 21" front wheel, rotors and pulley ALL MOUNTED USING STOCK SWINGARM AND STOCK DEUCE FENDER. Tim did all the work in one day and really gave DM Customs a nice PLUG for it to all work so easy.

Deuce with New Pro-Street fender kit
This bike owned by Dustin Houska of Hot Bike Magazine, features DM Customs New Pro-Steet fender kit on it, with LED taillight recessed into bottom of the fender. LED has the taillight with turnsignals built-in allowing removal of the stock turn signals for a cleaner smoother look. Features a Hogster  18" X 5.5" 60 S/S spoke wheel with the New 2000-up sealed bearing wheel.

The DM Customs kit will allow use of the stock fender for those who want to keep the stock look. The bike also has Heartland's Chrome Side mount license plate holder with running light, which mounts to passenger foot peg, also attached to this is the Heartland passenger foot pegs for the ultimate look.
